Returns
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide return instructions. Items returned without first contacting us may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Final Sale Items
Because some of our products are created especially for you, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Personalized or custom items
- Made-to-order T-shirts
- T-Shirt Party orders
- Sale and clearance merchandise
Please carefully review all sizes, colors, names, spelling, and personalization details before placing an order for a custom or made-to-order item.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible.
Please include your order number and photos of the item so we can review the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we'll notify you regarding your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
Because inventory and sizes can sell quickly, we cannot guarantee that another size or style will be available. Please contact us and we'll be happy to help determine the best option.
